**SALES ASSOCIATE / FIT SPECIALIST** **Diane’s Lingerie is hiring We are currently looking for a FT Sales Associate/Fit Specialist** At Diane's, we strive to provide our guests with the ultimate customer experience. We are deeply passionate about helping women to look, and more importantly, to FEEL their best. We provide custom bra fittings for women of all ages, shapes and sizes. We believe women should celebrate their bodies and embrace their inner confidence **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a member of our sales team, you will be expected to**: - Learn how to deliver the “Diane’s Fit” experience - Obtain comprehensive product knowledge - Complete our sales training program - Work with our database to develop customer relationships - Process customer transactions and special orders through our POS system - Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals **Qualifications and Skills** - Retail experience with proven success in achieving sales goals - POS and cash handling experience - Excellent command of the English language (fluency in a second language an asset) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to be empathetic with customers (they will literally be naked in front of you) - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment - Flexibility with schedule including weekend work **Benefits** We provide our employees with a comprehensive benefits package upon completing their probationary period including extended medical, dental and prescription coverage Our employees also receive supplier incentives and company bonuses based on **TEAM**success.
