**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Portfolio and Roadmap: Develop and implement the product roadmap for LED lighting solutions, in alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Market and competition intelligence: Conduct thorough market and competition analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- NPI and New Product Launch:

- Closely collaborate with Sales team to capture customer needs, identify the opportunities for innovation, initiate NPI projects for new product solutions
- Launch and introduce new products to the market with clear value proposition, create sufficient marketing content and product presentation to ensure successful launch
- Supplier Management: Keep close collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the whole product lifecycle, from new product development to mass production, ensure the product and solutions can be delivered on time with the highest standard that meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Pricing & Cost: Pricing with clear value proposition by in-depth understanding of market and competition, drive continuous cost optimization to financial target achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in the LED lighting industry, with a strong background in Product Management roles.
- Strong understanding of lighting technology, industry standards, and Canadian lighting market including hydro programs, ability to analyze and convert market trends and needs into business opportunities.
- Superior with technical writing that translates product specifications into the marketing languages with unique selling points.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative lighting products from concept to market.
- Expertise knowledge in lighting design and experience working with lighting designers and contractors is highly desirable.
- Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills with cross functional teams.
