MacEwan University invites you to join our dynamic team as a Functional Analyst in the Office of the University Registrar. We are excited to announce that up to three full-time, continuing positions are available, offering a unique chance to play a key role in shaping the future of our student information systems.

As a Functional Analyst, you will report to the Assistant Registrar - Student Information Systems and support the operation and optimization of MacEwan University’s student information system, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, along with other integrated systems such as MyCreds, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management. Using your analytical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure these systems operate efficiently and effectively, aligning with institutional priorities.

In this role, you will:

- ** Enhance systems and processes**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain system configurations that meet the evolving needs of our students and staff.
- ** Analyze and solve problems**: Tackle system defects and data inconsistencies with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring smooth operations and seamless user experiences.
- ** Support data integrity**: Use advanced reporting tools to ensure accurate and reliable information is available across systems.

- Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions configuration and query writing.
