**Position**

**Duties**
- Participate and collaborate with Business and Technical teams in system upgrades, the design and development of new modules and/or processes, and the implementation of new solutions that will enhance business processes and user experience.
- Investigate and analyze data requests to determine expected outcomes, business/stakeholder requirements, and the best method for generating and accessing the information.
- Develop SQL queries to extract data and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Inform the identification of key performance indicators that can support the measurement and monitoring of business performance toward strategic goals.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system specifications, reporting processes/methodologies and training materials.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Computing Science or Management Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years as a Data or Reporting Analyst.
- Experience with ERP Applications, both HR and Finance.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and extraction.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices.
- The ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with business users/stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, managing time and resources effectively to achieve results, effectively focusing on workload.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, or working with large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data storage solutions.
- Experience with large post secondary institutions is an asset.
