Responsibilities:

- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the job side runs smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Be constantly on the lookout for problem and problem solving on the job side.
- Be able to be on the tools if need it
- Help create and maintain a clean and organized environment on the job side.
- Assist with team management, including training, organising crews and different trades providing guidance to existing staff

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction and customer service.
- Knowledgeable to work with different trades
- Ability to develop, coordinate and enforcing schedule
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Familiarity with management principles is desirable

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
