Mission of the Role:
- To understand the processes required by the organization, design and document those processes, including writing the necessary business requirements, communicate the same to system architects and developers, work hand-in-hand with the development team, test and approve developed systems for implementation, and support users post implementation.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Works closely with business leaders and experts to develop an understanding of, and document business requirements and business processes
- Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
- Assumes a first line advisory role with internal and external stakeholders on projects related to their field of expertise
- Adds to the effectiveness of business processes by developing correct tools, policies and practices
- 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- Should have a basic understanding of sales and operations functions
- Must be well versed with MS office, SQL, Visio or similar
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset
- CBAP or similar certification is a plus

Compensation:
- Base Salary of CAD 85K - 105K per year + Bonus

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
