**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional sales experiences from initial contact.
- Manage and respond to leads promptly, providing accurate quotes.
- Secure the best coverage at the best price for clients.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain a high-quality book of business.
- Recommend appropriate coverages based on customer needs.
- Follow underwriting guidelines set by broker partners.

**Qualifications**:

- RIBO licensed
- At least 1 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Powerbroker experience is a plus.
