**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.
- Utilize logic controllers and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or installations.
- Conduct electrical work including wiring, lighting repairs, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Execute welding tasks for structural repairs or modifications.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and CMMS is preferred.
- Proficient in welding techniques and electrical work.
- Excellent supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.28-$34.25 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
