**Responsibilities**
- (This is not a complete list):_
- Supports users of current solutions with inquiries and training
- Leverage advanced functionality in SharePoint such as document libraries, lists, power forms, etc.
- Help determine SharePoint solution architecture and taxonomies
- Use PowerApps & Power Automate to facilitate workflows across site collections and between various technologies
- Create and maintain system documentation, including preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of systems
- Tracks and reports on project progress and timelines
- Collaborates with Department of Medicine staff with the migration from older technologies to current technology, identify operations required, and assist with the collection and documentation of user requirements
- Stay updated on Microsoft's latest roadmaps and upcoming technologies

**Qualifications**
- University degree or college diploma, or equivalent in areas such as information technology, computer science, software development, or computer programming
- 1-4 Years experience using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, MS Power Query, or Power Automate to develop technical solutions
- Experience using Microsoft tools (MS Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of coding languages associated with the above listed technologies
- Experience providing general technical support
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining a database
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative thinker
- Must have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, demonstrating organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, as well as proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with UX design is an asset
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or the Power Platform are a strong asset
