Nanos Research, a market research company is seeking a full time Bilingual Junior Analyst. Located on Sparks Street in Ottawa, Nanos Research is one of Canada’s leading research organizations. Research engagements range from conducting management consulting environmental scans, quantitative research, focus groups and providing general advice to clients.

The analyst at Nanos Research is the foundation of success for the firm. The role is ideally suited to team-oriented individuals who have the flexibility to meet the research needs of a diverse set of clients and to work in multi-disciplinary teams. The analyst serves as a key contact between the team of researchers at Nanos Research and the firm’s diverse set of clients. As a very important point of contact, analysts are expected to take primary responsibility for projects. Analysts are expected to assist with proposal and methodology development, the creation and implementation of work plans, and the preparation of research briefs for Nanos clients.

The Analyst would support the work of Senior Analysts, assist with the writing of reports, proposals, be trained in a range of appropriate data and analytics software and do a variety of other administrative responsibilities including office support.
- A University degree
- The ability to communicate and write in both English and French
- The ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Able to complete responsibilities in a timely, accurate, professional and quality manner
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the statistical program R an asset.
- Experience using Esri’s ArcGIS suite is an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000 per year plus a possible performance bonus.
