**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet, ensuring precision and quality.
- Lay tiles according to design specifications and blueprints, maintaining attention to detail for aesthetics and functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installation tasks safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform carpentry work as needed, including framing, trimming, and finishing touches on installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction or a related field with a focus on installation work.
- Strong skills in flooring installation, tile laying, carpentry, and maintenance person tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
