Victoria Pulse Trading Corp is a Canadian agri-commodities company with a processing facility in Saskatchewan and head office in Vancouver. We specialize in the processing and export of high-quality pulses and grains worldwide.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Office Administrator / Logistics Clerk** to join our team in Francis, Saskatchewan. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the efficient handling of logistics paperwork and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation and management of all logistics documentation:

- Inland Bills of Lading
- Courier waybills (Purolator, DHL, etc.)
- Documentation for freight forwarders and truckers
- Coordination with our Vancouver head office and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Preparing and sending product samples for shipments, including to third-party inspection companies such as SGS.
- Liaising with truckers, freight forwarders, and suppliers for logistics requirements.
- Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of all paperwork related to shipments.
- Supporting logistics operations, including inland freight arrangements and follow-ups.
- Assisting with other tasks and projects as required to support the overall operations of the office.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous office administration or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to take on various responsibilities as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.33-$21.00 per hour
