We are seeking an experienced and professional **Security Supervisor** to oversee security operations at high-attendance public events such as festivals, concerts, sports events, corporate gatherings, and public exhibitions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and direct security personnel during large-scale events.
- Implement and enforce site-specific security protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Act as primary contact for client representatives, law enforcement, and event management.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure all entry and exit points are monitored.
- Prepare shift schedules, delegate responsibilities, and ensure coverage at all posts.
- Monitor crowd behavior and prevent escalation of disturbances or hazards.
- Train and brief team members before shifts; debrief post-event.
- Complete detailed incident and shift reports.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, including medical, fire, and evacuation scenarios.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years** in event security as Security Supervisor.
- **Valid Security Guard License** in BC.
- Proven experience supervising teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of crowd management, emergency procedures, and security technologies.
- Ability to stay calm and assertive under pressure.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and responding to on-site incidents.
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
- Must pass background and reference checks.
- Class 5 Driver’s License (Preferred but not required).
- Bilingualism (English + other language) is an asset.

- Indoor and outdoor settings in varied weather conditions.
- Long shifts, especially during weekends and peak event seasons.
- Exposure to large crowds, loud noise, and high-energy environments.
