**You as a People & Culture Coordinator (HR) will**:

- Be responsible for the administration of the full employee life cycle, including salary changes, resignation, promotions, transfers, onboarding and more
- Independently and with the support of P&C Managers, effectively respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver full recruitment services including, front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employment offers
- Participate in career fairs, co-op programs and build external relationships to source top talent
- Provide an exceptional employee experience by delivering a welcoming new hire experience, including issuing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, processing new hire paperwork and mobilizing IT requirements
- Accurately maintain all employee data through the use of the current HRIS (UltiPro) as an expert user of the system

**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a College or University degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 6 months human resources experience at a Coordinator level
- You thrive on delivering a positive employee experience by collectively supporting the needs of employees and the business
- You have effective oral and written communication skills as well as a proven ability to work within a high paced environment.
