**Copcan Civil**, part of NorLand Limited provides project management, construction management, and skilled labor for installation and maintenance of specialized mechanical equipment and associated structural steel. We utilize the diverse backgrounds of our highly skilled and carefully selected managers and technicians to rethink the possibilities when it comes to construction and installations. **You will be accountable for**:

- Performing tasks involving physical labour such as loading & unloading building materials and equipment as needed
- Preparing the site to eliminate potential hazards
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the site to ensure it is clear of water and scrap material
- Provide daily labour support as directed by the on-site team
- Assisting in erecting and dismantling temporary structures as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and operating as a productive member of a high functioning team
- Work independently, as well as part of a team
- Be punctual and have excellent attendance
- Safety knowledge and experience in construction industry
- Experience with basic power and construction tools
- Nice to have a valid BC driver’s license, but not a requirement
- First aid is considered an asset
- Fit to work - ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift up to 50lbs
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$34.00 per hour
