Fresenius Kabi Canada is seeking a** **Commercial Analyst** to join our Marketing team**

**The Impact You Will Make**:
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations and Analytics and working closely with the Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments, the Commercial Analyst collects, analyses, and reports on key performance metrics. The scope of analysis includes both internal sales and product performance data as well as external market intelligence. The Commercial Analyst will also participate in projects and initiatives that will contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the organization.
- Responsible for providing insights and analytics to support the coordination and execution of corporate, market, and sales initiatives
- Support key commercial operations initiatives and increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and tools
- Use sales reports from wholesalers and internal sales databases to identify opportunities in the market for off opportunistic sales and retail growth
- Maintain up to date analysis of market share and other key metrics for product SKUs and families
- Monitor and report on contract compliance
- Prepare and present monthly analysis on sales performance and simultaneously identifying risks and opportunities by product family, region, territory and customer
- Identify and implement new database strategies to support business needs and objectives
- Work with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to provide insights and updates to annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
- Contribute to pricing strategy by providing market intelligence, insight into previous decisions/outcomes, and competitor landscape
- Manage contract models and impact of new bids and awards to Forecast
- Support Sales Managers and Marketing Managers with ad-hoc analysis, projects, and business critical reporting needs
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in all reports and analyses
- Learns quickly when facing new challenges; thrives on fast-paced environment
- Adapts well to change and views new experiences as growth opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Bring**
- _
Knowledge & Experience._ You possess an undergraduate degree in a related field (business, finance, commerce, etc.) and/or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, as an analyst or within the contracts department. You have a strong understanding of the Canadian pharmaceuticals hospital market.

Technical experience_. You are proficient in Microsoft® Office, especially Excel. You may have experience with SAP and/or Power BI (this would be a definite asset). Your critical thinking and decision-making skills are above average, and you demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a high level of accuracy. You can effectively analyze data, possess strong investigative skills, and have strong interpretation and manipulation skills.

Communication & Presentation. _You are a skilled leader and able to effectively communicate both written and verbally in collaboration with all level both inside and outside the organization.

Attitude & Passion_. You are self-motivated and able to work productively with mínimal supervision. You have proven your ability to adhere to standards and procedures and maintain continuous confidentiality.

Your organizational and problem-solving skills are strong while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
