Necessary Skill sets:

- Involvement with a ERP implementation of some sort.
- Strong data manipulation/excel skills. That could be a more junior resource if they have the hard skills and been somewhat exposed to a ERP implementation environment.
- Good Microsoft skills and any SAP experience.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and responsible for the project management of the SAP implementation at Teva Canada as Market Lead. Focused on ensuring all critical timelines and deliverables are met. Establishing of the system and process requirements, this individual will need to coordinate all business requirements and documentation to facilitate the configuration of SAP to meet the business needs. Working with other internal departments, the Analyst, Commercial SAP Project will contribute to the successful launch of SAP and enhance the systems and processes. In addition, this individual will work in close collaboration with the Change Management lead to transition the organization to SAP while avoiding gaps in roles. Working with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assigned to the project, the Analyst, SAP Project will be critical to ensuring all the user requirements are understood and documented for the SAP teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the SAP project teams with business requirements and ensure processes are met
- Keep track of and document all critical processes and requirements
- Collaborate with the SAP SMEs to facilitate and enhance process requirements
- Provide support where necessary to transition the organization to SAP
- Data cleansing
- Data Updates
- Enhance processes (process improvement)
- Testing of SAP
- Creation of documents
- Provide accurate reports
- Troubleshooting partnering with the SAP team
- Represent the Canadian market during SAP meetings where needed
- Provide input to the development of new processes or requirements
- Identify and communicate critical items that create risk to the project or commercial processes
- Communicate critical project steps and track progress
- Provide the Commercial Team with support as needed throughout the project.
- Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in science, health sciences, engineer or finance/business
- 1-2 years of successful experience in ERP (SAP) launch, specifically in a commercial manufacturing setting
- Strong process skills in both development and support.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- French language proficiency would be an asset
