Project Manager is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities

Attend site meetings
Assist in determining project requirements
Track progress and quality of work performed
Track and manage any contemplated change orders or extras to contract
Provide reports as required
Monitor project budget: Monitor hours, equipment/tools, and expenditures,
Effective and accurate communication of project information to the client, and project team
Provide daily project status and/or issues

Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
Strong multi-tasking

Applicant Qualifications

Job Duties:

- Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
- Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines
- Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget
- Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
- Site Visits to job sites as needed
- Other duties as requested
- Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction Project Manager: 2 years (required)
