We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company in Toronto, Ontario.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Maintain and assist the Project Manager to monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

2. Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings including taking and distributing of meeting minutes within (3) business days of the meetings.

3. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

4. Assist the Project Manager in maintaining and updating regular tracking of baseline vs. actual construction schedules, anticipate schedule short-comings, and report to Project Manager.

5. Assist Project Managers in accurate project procurement and tracking.

6. Ensure project schedules are kept up to date and accurately tracked.

7. Create, issue, and track construction documentation real time on a proactive basis using the construction management software system.

8. Prepare and maintain the trade list on a per project basis.

9. Assemble, issue, and track projects for sub-contracted work to trades and vendors.

10. Issue and maintain purchase order documentation and update budgets as per Project Manager’s direction.

11. Set up newly awarded projects on RMC’s systems.

12. Initiate and maintain vendor compliance documentation prior to PO issuance.

13. Create and compile proper and complete invoices based on PM’s SOV to include stat decs and WSIB.

14. Initiate and maintain project security clearance requirements with vendors and staff.

15. Acquire product manuals, warranty letters, inspection reports, and certifications from sub-trades to create project close out packages.

16. Assist Project Managers to maintain all documents and logs, ensuring that all testing, inspection, and verification documents from the site are discussed with the Project Executive for distribution to the corresponding Designer/Engineer for review and approval.

17. Take calls and set up responsive action for post-construction client support on warranty issues.

18. Provide support and insight to the Project Manager and Site Supervisors.

19. Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
