We are currently looking for experienced Site Supers. As a Super you will be responsible for creating a structured work environment and manage a project and its resources effectively.
Our most successful Site Supers:
- **Are efficient time managers**. Prioritize tasks to ensure timelines and project goals are met. Coordinate schedules for workers and subtrades and plan for delivery of materials to ensure proper workflow throughout the project. Schedule inspections and safeguard against delays by monitoring performance. Identifying any issues before they can impact target dates.
- **Are organized**. Maintain job logs, compliance reports, blueprints and specifications. Ensure all change orders and specifications are current. Retain all site correspondence and verify all workers are compliant. Prepare for and coordinate inspections. Keep accurate track of materials to prevent delays. Submit invoices, purchase orders and timesheets promptly.

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
