We have a perfect position; we are looking for a responsible, motivated, and outgoing person to take charge of Roly Cow, our mobile gelato cart. This cart is pedal-powered, meaning that it will be a perfect way to get in the great outdoors while working. This position has a base hourly pay of $15 per hour but offers commission as well - you will make money for every gelato treat you sell this summer. Bonuses associated with season-long sales targets

The Gelato Bike Sales Specialist will be responsible for the Roly Cow a fantastic and colourful mobile gelato cart. With high motivation, the GBSS will go outdoors and sell delicious Holy Cow products daily. Bonus will be associated with season-long sales targets.

**What we are looking for**:

- Responsible for selling gelato and treats off of bicycle 5 days a week, weather permitting.
- Driving a roly cow cart, either by itself or in the van to the best locations to maximize sales
- Ensure excellent customer service and promote the Teato Group brand
- Responsible for corresponding with the manager on duty to ensure sales goals are being met
- Work scheduled events for Rolly Cow
- Have product knowledge, inclusive of ingredients and common allergens
- Prepare sales and accept cash, credit card or automatic payments
- Ensure effective communication by attending meetings as required and conducting staff meetings on a regular basis to impart information
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
- Prepared requested gelato orders, maintain and clean the roly cow cart throughout every shift
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and food safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pilot around a bicycle in hot weather
- Good customer service
- Able to do basic math and manage a cash float
- The flexibility of schedule, including weekends
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
