Afin de soutenir notre croissance continue, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable des contrats commerciaux au sein de notre équipe de développement des affaires, à Nottingham ou à Montréal. Le Responsable des contrats prendra en charge un large éventail d'activités de soutien contractuel que l'équipe fournit à l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de l'entreprise et nous permettra de réaliser des recherches exceptionnelles en sciences de la vie pour notre vaste clientèle nationale et internationale.
**Responsabilités du poste**:
- Assurer la liaison avec les clients concernant la négociation, la rédaction et la facilitation de la conception d'accords commerciaux solides.
- Établir et maintenir des relations d'affaires efficaces avec les clients et les intervenants internes, en veillant à leur conformité avec les objectifs, les politiques et la réglementation sectorielle de l'entreprise.
- Négocier les contrats avec les clients concernant le contenu, la portée et l'efficacité de leur exécution, identifier les risques et élaborer des solutions et des stratégies.
- Fournir des conseils et des directives à ses collègues sur la portée et la nature des contrats clients.
- Aider le service tout au long du cycle de vie des contrats, notamment en développant et en gérant les processus internes et en améliorant les modèles de contrats.
- Atténuer les risques et l'exposition à la responsabilité pour l'entreprise conformément aux politiques et obligations de l'entreprise.
- Fournir, lorsque nécessaire, des formations de sensibilisation sur les aspects commerciaux et contractuels à l’entreprise.
- Fournir un soutien à la gestion post-contractuelle.
**Exigences du poste**:
- Un diplôme dans une discipline pertinente, comme le commerce, le droit ou les sciences de la vie, est souhaitable.
- Une expérience significative en gestion de contrats commerciaux, incluant la rédaction, la révision et la négociation d'un large éventail d'accords.
- Une solide compréhension de l'élaboration de contrats commerciaux, des processus de propriété intellectuelle (PI), des accords de niveau de service (SLA), des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP) et de la prestation de services, idéalement dans un secteur réglementé.
- Une expérience éprouvée en négociation de contrats et en gestion des relations clients.
- Un sens des affaires avéré, notamment dans des environnements complexes et multi-clients.
- Solides compétences en gestion des intervenants, avec la capacité d'établir et d'entretenir des relations de travail efficaces.
- Des capacités de planification et d'organisation très développées, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités.
- De solides compétences analytiques et un grand souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en négociation.
- Une expérience pertinente dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, biotechnologique ou de la découverte/du développement de médicaments est souhaitable, mais non indispensable.

**About the role**
To support our continuing growth, we are recruiting a Commercial Contracts Manager as part of our Business Development team either in Nottingham or Montreal. The Contracts Manager will support a broad range of contract support activities that the team provides to the wider company. The role-holder will play a pivotal part in the business to enables us to deliver exceptional Life Science research for our broad range of domestic and international customers.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers regarding the negotiation, drawing-up and facilitating the design of robust commercial agreements. This will include, but not limited to, Letters of Intent, Contracts, Master Service Agreements and associated Work Orders, Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, IP Assignments and Amendments to Contracts.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with the company’s goals, policies and industry regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with customers regarding content, scope, and effective delivery, identi
