What We Will Offer You: - A one-time $300 hiring bonus - A competitive rate of pay of $17.30 per hour - Transportation may be provided if commuting to or from work between 1:00 am and 5:00 am (for eligible employees) - A 20% off Hudson Employee Discount - A 50% off Hudson Food & Beverage Discount - Parking and Transit reimbursement - $300 Hiring Bonus for joining our team This Specialty Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy: - Helping others, understanding a customer's needs, and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience while having fun doing it - Working at Vancouver International Airport Your Team is counting on you as a Specialty Sales Associate to: - Work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays - Work any of the following shifts: - Any shift within the hours of 4 am and 12 noon - Any shift within the hours of 8 am and 4 pm - Any shift within the hours of 4 pm and 2 am - Work a part-time schedule - Work in one of our Duty Free stores (International or Transborder) Specialty Sales Associate Key Accountabilities: - Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers that exceeds their expectations - Act as ambassadors ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience at Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Cartier, Omega, Burberry, Montblanc and many more luxury brands - Assist customers with product/services selection and information - Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift - Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times - Service multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards - Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service - Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency - Communicate product knowledge to customers - Participate and contribute in daily briefings, staff meetings - Maintain the store, store organization, and visual display and store sets - Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times - Process product shipments and transfers - Participate in and complete any product knowledge training - Complete the Dufry +1 and Out in Front associate training certification program - Assist in onboarding and training of new associates Required Qualifications: - Comply with company dress code - Exhibit passion and pride in every area of responsibility - Ability to lift at least 40lbs/ 20kg - Execute 6 Customer Service Standards at all times: - Greet the customer. Make a great first impression - Offer assistance to each and every customer and ask questions - Recommend and Demonstrate product.
