**Part-Time Temporary**

**The Delivery Driver/Maintenance Assistant **supports St. Joseph’s Health Centre operations by transporting food containers, supplies and equipment between our four operating sites and at times assisting the environmental services team with on-site repair and maintenance functions and He/She abides by strict safety and infection control protocols and ensures timely, efficient operations within the Environmental Services department. Additional duties include general labour duties, loading/unloading cargo, coordinating logistics, and vehicle cleaning, refuelling and inspections. The Delivery Driver/Maintenance Assistant is part of an interprofessional team that focuses on continuous quality improvement and ensures positive patient, resident and staff experiences.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Secondary school graduation diploma
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract and safe, defensive driving skills
- Flexibility with hours of work and appropriate fitness to perform physical work
- Demonstrated customer-focused approach and commitment to customer service excellence
- Proven organizational, time management and communications skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination (2 Doses) is a requirement to work at our facility

St. Joseph’s Health Centre oversees the operation of St. Joseph’s Villa (a 128-bed long term care home) and St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre (a 64-bed continuing care hospital with an additional 60-bed offsite unit) in Sudbury, and Villa St. Gabriel Villa (a 128-bed long term care home) in Chelmsford.
