We are hiring a motivated inside sales associate for our busy real estate office. We are searching for a driven, goal oriented, high achiever who excels when speaking with others.

We need a results-oriented and ambitious Inside Sales Agent/Appointment Setter. Your main job is to call warm leads from various sources to qualify them and book meetings for our real estate agents.

You will be paid COMMISSION in addition to your salary. How much do you want to earn? How hard do you want to work? **THERE IS NO CAP to your potential earnings with our office.**

You must be Coachable and be able to take constructive critique.

No Real Estate Experience is necessary, however, PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

**Licensed or unlicensed sales representatives are welcome.**

Full Time or Part Time Hours in our Downtown Office Location just steps from Union Station.
