**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and detailed oriented person to be part of our team. This opportunity requires an individual who has high attention to detail and good analytical, excel, technical and problem solving skills.

**Scope**:

- Work alongside Director of Finance to implement NetSuite system.
- Work with external consultants, analyze business requirements and map business processes to NetSuite software.
- Work on automating weekly/monthly billing cycle for assigned clients.
- Assist in month end tasks as needed, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to effectively transition data to the new system.
- Work with the Torstar accounting team to transition various tasks to Parcel.
- Analyze financial data, perform variance analysis, KPIs and review trends.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in Business / Financial analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Hands-on implementation experience (preferably Oracle NetSuite but would consider other options)
- Post secondary education, Accounting, Mathematics or BBA Major
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible mind set
