**Objectif du travail**
Les principaux mandats de** l'analyste comptable** sont de participer à la préparation des états financiers et de réaliser divers rapports et analyses pour la direction et les autres parties prenantes. De plus, la personne doit exécuter et planifier les activités de contrôle interne en mettant l’accent sur les améliorations commerciales.
**Responsabilités assignées**
- Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et s'assurer de l'exactitude des informations fournies;
- Recueillir et préparer les données financières pour justifier les écritures comptables correspondantes au grand livre général ;
- Assurer le suivi et le rapprochement des tableaux de bilan sous votre responsabilité ;
- Examiner et expliquer les écarts budgétaires ;
- Développer et exécuter des contrôles internes ;
- Participer à la préparation de l'audit externe annuel ;
- Participer à divers mandats spéciaux;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
**Facteurs de réussite**
- Formation en comptabilité : Votre baccalauréat en administration/comptabilité et 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine ;
- Une expérience en cabinet comptable sera considérée comme un atout ;
- L'obtention ou en voie d'obtenir votre accréditation professionnelle CPA est un atout;
- Expertise informatique : Vous maîtrisez les fonctions avancées d'Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) et êtes très à l'aise avec les logiciels ERP en comptabilité. La connaissance de SAP/COSTAR est un atout ;
- Esprit collaboratif : Véritable joueur d'équipe, vous encouragez la collaboration avec vos collègues pour faciliter l'apprentissage. Vous pouvez nouer des relations solides et devenir un partenaire commercial de confiance dont les conseils sont grandement appréciés.

**Job Purpose**
The **Accounting Analyst's** main mandates are to participate in the preparation of financial statements and to perform various reports and analyses for management and other stakeholders. In addition, the person must execute and plan internal control activities with a focus on business improvements.
**Assigned Responsibilities**
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial statements and ensure the accuracy of the information provided;
- Collect and prepare financial data to justify the corresponding accounting entries in the general ledger;
- Ensure the follow-up and reconciliation of the balance sheet schedules under your responsibility;
- Review and explain budget variances;
- Develop and execute internal controls;
- Participate in the preparation for the annual external audit;
- Participate in various special mandates;
- All other related tasks.
**Success Factors**
- Accounting Background: Your Bachelor's degree in Administration/Accounting and 3 to 5 years experience in the field; Accounting firm experience will be considered an asset;
- Obtaining or in the process of obtaining your professional CPA accreditation is an asset;
- Computer Expertise: You master the advanced functions of Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.) and are very comfortable with ERP software in accounting. Knowledge of SAP/COSTAR is an asset;
