Kidco Construction is looking for a hardworking and skilled **Track Loader Operator** to join our Underground division for the 2025 season.

**Our ideal applicant has**:

- ** 2+ years of track loader experience, preferably in road construction or water/sewer projects**:

- A strong understanding of issues involving ground disturbance
- The ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs
- The ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings and documents (an asset)
- The ability to work well in a team setting and be a team player
- A Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- A personal vehicle to commute to and from the site

**Typical Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday - 12 hours/day
- Saturday - 8-10 hours/day
