Call Centre Team Leader

**Hours**:Monday - Sunday between 8:00am and 7:00pm

**Annual Salary**:$45,000 - $50,000 + Bonus (TBD based on experience)

**Sales Team Leader**

A.Fisher & Associates has been providing specialized financial services and are multifunctional management service providers for Insolvency.

As Team Leader for an existing sales team, you will be responsible for overall operational excellence: driving high performance and efficiencies both with the Customer Account Managers and customers, ensuring the highest level of customer service and productivity is delivered.

You will have responsibility for managing the sales team and will be expected to drive customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement initiatives. You will be accountable for all aspects of sales delivery for your team, drive and maintain compliance, while acting as a key escalation point for your Customer Account Managers. You will be a strong people leader.

You will ensure that the team is operating at maximum capacity and productivity and meet their weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day management and on-going development of a sales and account management team
- Generating sales in accordance with the performance targets set individually and by department by the Company, whilst maintaining the required compliance
- Recruitment of Customer Account Managers who fit with the Company’s values
- Developing and delivering a training and monitoring plans for all Sales staff
- Coaching staff, regular 1:2:1’s, annual reviews, and performance management
- Meet KPI’s to ensure that the Company does not suffer wastage in the Sales function, and staff underperformance may be addressed
- Ensure client’s best interests are always met and integrity, compliance, and case quality is met and adhered to
- Monitoring staff performance against established KPI’s to ensure adherence to expected behaviours (listen to calls etc.)
- Ensuring all existing and potential client data obtained by way of day-to-day activities is recorded in the relevant Company systems and GDPR is adhered to
- Ensuring all Company processes and policies are adhered to
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly team performance reports
- Utilization of diaries to ensure full visibility of daily activities for self, team, and Company wide
- Continuously motivate the team to ensure low turnover, absence, and achievement of sales targets
- Any other duties as required by Sales Manager

- Have a track record of success in achievement of own sales targets
- Be a natural people person, with energy and passion for what you do, who loves achieving target and driving the development of others
- Have experience of driving change and innovation
- Proactive, flexible and have the ability to adapt to the changing business needs
- Be able to work to deadlines; prioritize work to meet our commercial needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have excellent IT skills and experience of sales software
- Be self-motivated and organized and a natural ‘roll your sleeves up and get on with it’ person
- Have flexibility regarding hours of work (working from office role)
- Must have successfully passed your probationary period
