**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and bubble tea drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food handling regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and alcohol regulations is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
