Customer Care Specialist

**The Position**
- **Tasks**
- Placing orders and sending confirmation to retailers
- Creating and sending Return Authorizations (RAs) as required
- Providing quotes for customizations
- Updating quotes, orders, and RAs as required
- Directing requests to appropriate departments
- **Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
