**What the role is all about**:
The Group Lessons Administrator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and planning start to finish group lessons at WinSport This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple departments and with a diverse range of external groups to achieve shared objectives.

The Group Lessons Administrator will primarily be responsible for booking Sport lessons, or facility bookings at WinSport. Potential clients include:

- School groups
- Corporate groups
- Freestyle clubs
- Alpine clubs
- Community groups
- Profit and not for profit organizations

**What you will be doing**:
**Leadership and On-site Support**
- Assist coordinating group arrival and departure logistics, ensuring a smooth check-in check-out and visit for guests and clients
- Provide on-site support during group visits to address any issues or concerns should they arise during the event
- Coordinate additional support and interdepartmental resources

**Booking Management**:

- Support and at times serve as the primary contact for group bookings related to Group Lessons, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Administer booking requests, group onboarding, and booking modifications to create an efficient seamless booking experience.
- Organize the scheduling of group visits, including any additional item requirements such as lift tickets, equipment rentals, food and beverage, and lessons
- Maintain accurate records of group bookings, confirmations, and paid invoices.

**Sales and Promotion**
- Send group packages, and special offers to maximize bookings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reach out, call, and connect with industry leaders to successfully build relationships with existing and new guests
- Research and analyze trends; evaluate, design, implement, supervise and lead programming for guests in your assigned sport area.

**Communication**:

- Lead responding to guest inquiries, questions, concerns, and requests with an emphasis on providing exceptional and timely customer service.
- Communicate with guests and team members in ways that align with our core values; safe welcoming, inspiring and creative.
- Communicate in ways that aligns with needs, age, stage, goals and utilizing a constructive feedback approach.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external groups to create seamless guest-focused experiences
- Other duties as assigned

**What you bring**:

- 2+ years' experience in an administrative, guest facing sales role is considered an asset
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Ability to engage people of a variety of ages, stages, and backgrounds.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Current criminal record check.

**Working Conditions**:

- Able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions as well as in an office environment.
- Expected to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
- Expected to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Employment Dates & Times**:

- Seasonal position from October to April.
- Specific weekly schedule negotiable
- Some weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.
