The Business Financing Modernization Solutions Department helps modernize the financing approval platform for business members and clients, in an agile work environment organized into multidisciplinary squads. As Manager of Business Financing Modernization, you’re responsible for a team of experts in charge of analyzing, developing and rolling out a large-scale cloud solution that will be a driving force of Desjardins’s modernization strategy. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Ensure the quality of the DFEM project (Desjardins Group Commercial Loan Origination Solution)- Actively participate in strategic meetings with internal business partners and external partners- Efficiently manage budgets and the human resources needed to deliver your team’s projects and commitments- Support the team with their projects by managing individual performance- Play an active role in the administrative department's operations along with other members of the management committee- Work closely with external suppliers and integrators to ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of services and products delivered, while maintaining long-term and strategic relationships
