Bindery Operator

Copywell, a dominate Trade Printer within the Canadian market place, has invested millions of dollars in new print and finishing technologies and is seeking experienced print professionals to assist with production growth and new process implementations.

**Purpose**
- Main role as a Perfect Binding Operator, with additional general duties within the Warehouse or Print Production departments as assigned by management

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete tasks and work assigned in an efficient and safe manner
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure the Health & Safety policy and procedures are adhered to

**Skill Requirements**
- Ability to complete a variety of general light duty tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

**Experience Requirements**
- 3-5 years industry experience in Print Production operations

**Working Conditions**
- Production environment, moderate noise and distraction
- Multiple demands and priorities
- Constant interaction with co-workers, customers, and management
- Exceptionally clean and organized production facility
- **Evening/Night Shift**
