**LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced real estate sales agent to join our team. As a sales agent, your responsibilities will include:

- Representing clients in the buying and selling of luxury properties throughout the National Capital Region.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on trends and developments in the luxury real estate market.
- Networking and prospecting for potential clients and properties.
- Conducting property viewings and showings with clients.
- Preparing and negotiating offers and purchase agreements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure client needs are met and transactions run smoothly.

The following requirements are necessary for this position:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate sales agent, preferably in the luxury market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of sales success and exceeding sales goals.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients.

**Salary**: From $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
