Acheson, Canada Direct Horizontal Drilling Full time

Direct Horizontal Drilling Inc. LRD is looking for applicants with previous Horizontal Directional Drilling experience for work in the following HDD LRD positions:

- Rig Manager
- Driller
- Assistant Driller
- Floor Hands

**Responsibilities Include**:
Familiarity with ditch witch 100,000lbs HDD Rigs. Making & breaking drill pipe connections; rig in/out, general lease and equipment housekeeping. Assist in mixing drilling fluids, loading and unloading trucks, other duties as assigned.

**Required License and Certifications**:

- Class 1 driver’s license (preferred) including clean abstract;
- Standard First Aid (required);
- H2S Alive (required);
- Ground Disturbance (asset);
- Confined Space (asset);
- Pipeline Construction Safety Training (asset);
- Fall Arrest (asset).

**Position Requirements**:

- Shift work, days, nights, weekends and overtime.
- Physically Fit;
- Ability to lift 50kgs +;
- Mechanical Aptitude;
- Willing to work away from home in remote areas for extended periods;
- Work in extreme temperatures and environments (dusty, noisy, outdoors, cold, hot, wet and damp).

**Safety & Security**:

- Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol testing;
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
