**Positions (Part-time / Full-time)**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare, measure, and retrieve ingredients, items for the sushi bar
- Wash, peel, and/or cut food items, including fruits, vegetables, or certain types of meats
- Mix rice with sushi vinegar
- Portion or wrap food items and store as required
- Re-fill kitchen condiments and spices
- Stack and store food supplies, equipment and utensils
- Make a roll
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Provide estimates for food orders and control costs
- Order supplies and equipment, as required
- Clean and inspect kitchen area, ensure area is properly sanitized
- Comply with all food safe regulations
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and understanding of safe food handling guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to receive feedback.
- Positive attitude and a consistent display of professionalism.
- Innovative, detail oriented, and quality conscious.
- Ability to exert physical effort in moving equipment and smallwares and carrying out job duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
