**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The Kitchen Helper will play a vital role in supporting food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen environment. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and looking to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as directed by the cook or chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly.
- Support meal preparation by assembling ingredients and ensuring that all necessary items are ready for cooking.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen setting, demonstrating flexibility during peak hours.
- Basic cooking skills or experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not mandatory.
