- **Cutting and Shaping**: Use various hand tools and woodworking machinery to cut and shape materials accurately, ensuring precise dimensions and proper fit.
- **Joinery and Assembly**: Employ a variety of joinery techniques, such as dovetail, mortise and tenon, biscuits, or dowels, to assemble the cabinet components securely and ensure structural integrity.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect the completed cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards, are free from defects, and match the design specifications.
- **Repairs and Modifications**: Address any issues or defects in the cabinets and make necessary repairs or modifications to meet client expectations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and proper handling of tools and equipment.

- **Project Management**: Manage project timelines efficiently, coordinate with other team members or contractors, and meet project deadlines.

- **Innovation and Problem Solving**: Find creative solutions to design challenges or client requests while maintaining the project's feasibility and structural integrity.
- **Maintaining Tools and Equipment**: Regularly maintain and upkeep woodworking tools and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
- **Organization and Cleanliness**: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free from hazards to enhance productivity and safety.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with advancements in cabinet making techniques, materials, and industry trends to improve skills and offer innovative solutions.

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
