Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for an **Organizational Change Manager (OCM) **for a **6-month contract position, with a high possibility of extensions** in **Calgary, Alberta.** **Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.**
**This is a hybrid position. 3 days in the office/ 2 days from home.**
**Role Description**
The OCM will be working with 25 people at any time - PMO team, ITS team and Business stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deep knowledge, understanding and experience in organizational change management principles and methodologies.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization; has adept relationship management and credibility building skills.
- Create/execute communication and OCM plans, generating communications, visuals, and executing OCM and communication plans for the SIS Project.
- Track and communicate change impact status brought to leadership for initiation and advance them through the process.
- Training - design, deliver and oversee training to support staff in adapting to new systems and/or processes. Create Quick Reference Guide and Training Manual to ensure proper knowledge transfer and operations sustainability.
- Assists Program Manager in the development of Sustainment Plans (identifies risks, mitigation activities, roles, RACI matrix, processes, and provides recommendations for communication and ongoing training).
- Project management lifecycle understanding.
- Toolkit to utilize ADKAR (Prosci methodology, documentation, processes, best practices)
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **Microsoft SharePoint - create and design SharePoint pages, SharePoint administration.**:
- Microsoft Visio.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- **Training facilitation and development of training materials.**:
- **Solid understanding and appreciation of change management as a discipline and how this impacts projects.**:
- **Interviewing skills, to engage with senior management and groups around their user needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements.**:
- Excellent listening skills, to understand what users say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say.
- Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
- Facilitation skills, change management workshops/meetings.
- Excellent documentation skills, to communicate information effectively from technical teams to Executive level.
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities among project stakeholders.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and be self-efficient and flexible as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
**Desired Skills**:
- Prosci certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
