The **Operations Co-Ordinator **will work with supervisors and managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering on service level agreements.

**Job Duties**:

- Monitor and analyze various aspects of both AM and PM operations for work going in and out of Montreal Data centres.
- Monitor and analyze driver and lead performance to meet or exceed KPI targets within the Region.
- Identify cost savings and process improvements through this analysis.
- Help solve problems by considering courses of action within the framework of goals and standards.
- Through strong leadership, ensure all Drivers know and adhere to company policy/regulations.
- Monitor operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Provide support to Operation Supervisors and Managers across Quebec and Ottawa regions.
- Handle customer situations that require increased attention.
- Help to manage issues and identify trends in an on-going manner to facilitate efficiencies, including effectiveness of processes and procedures.
- Ensure Safety is always the first priority and consideration in all our operations by ensuring compliance with company and regulated safety policies.
- Ability to cover different shifts for vacation coverage

**Job Requirements**:

- Post
- secondary education in Supply Chain Management, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Five years of transportation experience with staff supervision preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal, and written.
- Bilingual proficiency in written, verbal and Microsoft skills
- Proficient in the basics of the Microsoft programs of Excel and Word.
- Leadership skills and demonstrated commitment to quality for our customers.
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the trucking/courier/logistics industry, including operations management will be considered an asset.
- Possess high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Prior experience dealing with Unions.
