Andersons Liquor Inc is looking for a Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall store operations. This includes managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the store to be a fun, happy, and safe environment for all of our employees and customers.

**2+ years of management experience**

Previous experience in a managerial role; within the liquor retail industry is an asset

Strong knowledge of liquor products, brands, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

Solid understanding of inventory management

Familiarity with relevant provincial regulations and laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic.

**Duties**:
Oversee all aspects of the liquor store operations, including inventory management

Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and attract new customers.

Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Responsible for daily bank deposits

Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety & Alberta Employment Standards regulations.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
