**Job Title**: Pool Maintenance Technician

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Seasonal - May to October)
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to finish

**Key Responsibilities:Pool Maintenance**
- Perform scheduled maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) on pools, spas, decking equipment, and water systems.
- Inspect pool and heater systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Test and balance pool chemicals for safe swimming and system functionality.
- Ensure each job site is left clean and orderly before departure.

**Communication**
- Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with customers and team members.
- Communicate effectively and promptly through team chats, work orders, phone calls, and verbal updates.

**Repairs & Replacements**
- Document and report any repairs or equipment replacements through work orders or directly to the manager.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, presentable uniform and appearance.
- Respectful of client property and environments.
- Physically able to lift and handle up to 45 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to remove small dead animals from pools as required.
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gas masks, safety boots, etc.
- Prior pool maintenance experience is an asset, but training may be provided.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Pay Rate**: $18.50/hour
- **Experience Bonus**: Additional **$0.50/hour** for **each full year** of prior **pool service experience**

**Requirements**:

- Valid **G-Class Driver’s License**:

- **Clean driving abstract** (required for operating company vehicles)
- Previous pool maintenance experience is an asset (bonus applied accordingly)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
