General Labourer - MGM Contracting Ltd.

About the Role:
MGM Contracting Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our team. We specialize in strata and commercial building maintenance projects across the Lower Mainland, including roofing, painting, concrete repairs, gutter and fascia replacement, and full building envelope restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with roofing, painting, and caulking projects (including setup, cleanup, and support tasks)
- Perform debris removal, power washing, material loading/unloading, and job site organization
- Help install or repair fascia, gutters, trims, and other exterior components
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow direction from site supervisors and ensure all work meets MGM’s quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment

Qualifications:

- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required — training provided
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
