Quolus Construction is currently seeking:
Experienced Labour Foreman for one of our multi-residential projects in the Surrey area.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
- Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
- Emphasize safe us of tools, machinery and equipment and provide safe work procedures.
- Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
- Regularly reporting project status to supervisors and other officials.
- Leadership skills for effectively delegating tasks to managers, subcontractors and construction workers.
- Time-management skills to meet deadlines and ensuring construction phases are completed on time so that the next phase can start.

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years telehandler experience.
- 3-5 years construction experience (preferably multi-family)
- 1+ years labour foreman experience.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Able to follow instructions as directed by the supervisor.
- Able to operate in high speed and fast paced environment.
- Must be able to commit to full time employment.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Be able to commute to and from work on time.
- Must own PPE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour

**Experience**:
