Willow Spring Construction is looking for a full-time Site Superintendent to join our highly dedicated fast-paced energetic team. Since establishment in 1987, we have specialized in commercial retail, restaurant and office tenant improvement renovations, additions, and new construction. If you are a customer first driven positive individual with excellent attention to detail and restaurant experience then we may have an opportunity for you.

Site Superintendent Role:
**General**:
1. Coordinate, direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities.

2. Must be able to plan, allocate resources, manage production and coordinate people and equipment.

3. Supervise multiple crews and associated contract work to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, and teamwork

4. Recognize and communicate with Project Manager any priority projects or problems.

5. Conduct on-site safety orientation and maintain daily safety reports

6. Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

8. Other duties as assigned Must have strong critical thinking, coordination, time management, listening, communication, and reasoning skills.

The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and to recognize problems when they occur and to work toward the solution of those problems. Ability to exercise good judgment when carrying out duties and to maintain good working relationships with the public and fellow employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
