Pro Shop Supervisor

ProShop Supervisor is a part of the supervising team that reports into our Director of Golf. In this role you will be assisting to lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service and elevate the overall golfing experience. This role involves coordinating events, managing merchandise sales, and assisting in overseeing day-to-day operations to create a welcoming and organized environment for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Pro Shop team in delivering exceptional customer service to golf enthusiasts.
- Coordinate special events, adding a touch of excitement to our golfing community.
- Manage merchandise sales, ensuring the Pro Shop offers a diverse and appealing selection.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Golf Course during your shifts, handling reservations, green fees, cart rentals, and club rentals.
- Maintain the Pro Shop and playing areas, emphasizing cleanliness and orderliness.
- Collaborate with the team to create a safe and inviting atmosphere for both guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Capable of assisting in event setup and lifting up to 50lbs using proper body mechanics.
- Prior experience in a golf, hospitality, or retail leadership position an asset
- Valid Smartserve
- Passion for golf not required but encouraged

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
