Position: Employment - Community Disability Services Worker

Type: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.20/hour

Location: In-person

Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am
- 4 pm; 37.5 hours per week

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide employment support to adults with disabilities, helping them find and maintain

employment
- Conduct task analysis and offer job coaching in various environments (retail, customer service, manufacturing).
- Participate in Human Centered Design, quality-of-life planning, and individualized service plans.
- Act as an ambassador for Chrysalis, engaging with community partners.
- Ensure health and safety at the employment sites while supporting our clients
- Foster independence and advocate for clients’ rights and inclusion in the workplace.

**What We Need From You**:

- 2-3 years of direct employment support or job coaching experience.
- Diploma in Disabilities Studies or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Class 5 License.
- Clear Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.20 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
