**About**

CTK Bio is a research, development and manufacturing Canadian cleantech company that converts wasted by-products into biodegradable / compostable plastic pellets and other high value materials designed to break down in managed and unmanaged environments.

**Project**

CTK Bio Canada is currently working on multiple organic waste based composite R&D projects with universities across Canada to replace traditional plastic. CTK Bio Canada has a manufacturing facility for resin production and anticipates to expand industrial-scale resin plant by 2026.

**Overview**

As one of Canada's first sustainable resin manufacturing, CTK Bio Canada relies on the efficiency and effectiveness of our back-end fulfillment. We consider our warehouse to be driven by a customer-centric mentality. To deliver on our promise to consumers, we count on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a logistics supervisor to join our team and manage back-end warehouse operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage warehouse daily activities including shipping & receiving, inventory control, space management, floor productivity.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and forwarding partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
- Answering customer queries.
- Support various other related projects.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.

**Required skills, Understanding, & Qualifications**
- **Valid forklift certification is a must**
- High school diploma+
- 1+ years experience in a warehouse
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
- Proficiency with SCM+ and/or ERP systems for warehouse management
- Standard First Aid & CPR
- WHMIS certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
