**Rate**: $20-$25p/hour based on experience

If so, Impact Kids Martial Arts Academy is looking for a dedicated Kids Martial Arts Coach/Instructor to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Kids Martial Arts Coach/Instructor at Impact Kids Martial Arts Academy, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the physical, mental, and emotional growth of our young students. Our academy is dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment where children can develop essential life skills through martial arts training.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Teach Martial Arts**: Lead martial arts classes with guided session plans for children aged 3-17, emphasizing discipline, self-control, and respect for others.

2. **Develop Curriculum**: Create age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum to help students progress in their martial arts skills.

3. **Safety & Supervision**: Ensure the safety of all students during classes and maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

4. **Mentorship**: Be a role model for students, instilling values such as respect, perseverance, and confidence.

5. **Parent Communication**: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

6. **Assessment & Feedback**: Provide constructive feedback to students and work with them to set and achieve their personal goals.

7. **Participation in Events**:Organize or participate in special events, tournaments, and demonstrations to showcase the talents and achievements of our students.

8 Weekly instructor training to enhance teaching skills and techniques

9 Teach Classes Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm (additional opportunities in the weekend)

**Qualifications**:

- Intermediate / Advanced experience in a recognized martial art.
- Prior experience coaching children in martial arts is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with kids and parents.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive training environment.
